ZOHO CRM a web based (SaaS) customer relationship management solution (CRM) recently added a bunch of new features. For sometime users were able to record events like meetings but now there is an easy way to record daily / regular contact like telephone calls.

The Call Logger button is on the view Contact Detail page

Click on the Add Call button to reveal the call logger screen.
What’s useful about a call logger in ZOHO CRM?
There are a number of reasons call logging is good ….
- Record regular calls with contacts or leads
- Record notes for important calls (like verbal agreements, sales, etc)
- Record the purpose of the call (status, sales, etc)
